Massage therapy Harmony

BCGA has partnered with The PIT Recovery and Performance owned and operated by Chance Walls.

Chance is a sports LMT and strength and conditioning coach. He utilizes manual therapy  to help reduce pain, improve joint and muscle mobility, and decrease stiffness or tension. By using hands-on techniques, it can restore normal movement patterns, enhance circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Manual therapy may also improve posture, coordination, and overall body awareness, helping you move more efficiently and comfortably, making it a valuable part of injury recovery, performance enhancement, and long-term wellness without relying on surgery or medications.

The PIT also utilizes exercise to improve long term independence in athletes and non-athletes alike. Chance is responsible for exercise programming and strength and conditioning for many of BCGA athletes to improve their strength, speed, and mobility, which leads to reduced injury risk.
